Well, my husband and I started a weight-loss program together on 5/10/10. We are doing a program called Take Shape for Life, which incorporates the Medifast meal supplements. I eat 5 of these supplements a day, and one lean and green meal (a very lean meat and green veggies). At my first weigh-in, I weighed 370lbs. My goal weight to lose is 22olbs. At the end of my first week(5/18) I lost 5 lbs! This week, I've lost 4lbs. This is all very exciting, and I look forward to journaling it here

Hi, thanks for stopping by my blog. Congratulation on starting your weight loss journey. I did medifast for a while and lost 30 lbs. it's a great program and I look froward to your success. IT is super great that you are doing it together.
